Choose Your Resistance
Our set covers all fitness levels. Start with the lighter bands (e.g., Green, Blue) for activation, warm-ups, or rehab exercises. Use the medium levels (e.g., Yellow, Red) for most strength exercises. Reserve the heaviest band (e.g., Black) for challenging leg and glute exercises as you get stronger. Combining two bands can offer intermediate resistance levels.
