Free Shipping Offer

We are excited to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders with a total value of €50 or more! The discount is automatically applied at checkout when your cart meets the threshold.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Print-on-Demand Items: Products such as t-shirts, hoodies, and other custom apparel are created especially for you when you place an order. These may require an additional 2-3 days of production time before they are ready to ship.

You will receive another notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

For orders under €50, the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and destination of the items in your cart.

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

Europe: 7-15 Business Days

USA & Canada: 7-15 Business Days

Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 Business Days

Rest of the World: 15-25 Business Days

Please note: These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, postal service efficiency, and holiday periods.

Multiple Shipments

To offer you the best and widest variety of products, we partner with several different fulfillment centers and printing facilities. This means that items in a single order may be shipped from different locations.

As a result, your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. The total shipping cost calculated and charged at checkout covers all the separate shipments associated with your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number which you can use to check your package's status. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

FitneX Lab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
